今天我国旗下讲话的主题是“学法明理，守法笃行”。

党的二十大擘画了全面建设社会主义现代化国家、全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的宏伟蓝图；明确提出要坚持全面依法治国、推进法治中国建设，并就完善以宪法为核心的中国特色社会主义法律体系作出明确部署。史家实验的少先队员学法明理，守法笃行。遵守和维护宪法权威，从而坚定自己的爱国主义情怀。

Dear teachers, dear students.

Good morning everyone!

We are in Class 14. Grade7.

The theme of our speech today is "To learn the law, To understand the law, and to abide by the law".

The 20th Party Congress drew a grand blueprint for building a modern socialist country and promoting the development of the Chinese nation; it clearly proposed to adhere to the rule of law and promote the construction of China under the rule of law, and made clear arrangements for improving the socialist legal system. The pioneers of the Shijiazhuang Experiment learn the law and abide by it. They abide by and uphold the authority of the Constitution, thus strengthening their patriotism.

每年的12月4日是国家宪法日，是为了增强全社会的宪法意识、弘扬宪法精神、加强宪法实施、全面推进依法治国而设定的节日。今天我们滨河淮外开展“学法明理 守法笃行”主题升旗仪式，弘扬宪法精神，树立宪法权威，引导同学们自觉成为宪法的忠实崇尚者、自觉遵守者、坚定捍卫者。

“国无法不治，民无法不立”，宪法是我国法制统一的基础，民生福祉的保障，如光明驱散旧制度的野蛮和强权，如利斧砍断人性的无知与蒙昧，规引着国家治理体系的运行，规范着民主法治社会的发展，规约着社会公众的理念与言行。

Every year, December 4 is National Constitution Day, which is a holiday set to enhance the awareness of the Constitution, promote the spirit of the Constitution, strengthen the implementation of the Constitution and comprehensively promote the rule of law. Today we carry out "learn the law, understand the reason, keep the law and abide by the law,protect the law to promote the spirit of the Constitution, establish the authority of the Constitution, lead students to be  faithful students.

"The Constitution is the basis for the unity of the legal system and the well-being of the people of China. It is the light of the old system, the axe that cuts through the ignorance of human nature, regulates the operation of the national governance system, regulates the development of a democratic society under the rule of law, and governs the ideas and words of the public.

作为中学生，我们更应该培养法律意识，养成学法、知法、守法、用法、护法的好习惯。“勿以恶小而为之，勿以善小而不为”从自己做起，从身边小事做起，自觉做到知法、懂法、守法、护法，成为社会主义的好公民!

 As secondary school students, we should develop an awareness of the law and develop good habits of learning the law, knowing the law, abiding by the law, using the law and protecting the law. 如果信念有颜色，那一定是中国红。每一次五星红旗的升起，都让人热血澎湃。同学们我们一起学法明理、守法笃行，把爱国精神和宪法精神熔铸在心中，用行动诠释新时代青年的责任与担当。
